**We provide a Free consultation (up to 15 minutes long) up front to make sure that we are a good fit.
After that, you will be expected to pay the session fee up front at the beginning of each session. Weaccept payment through credit card, cash, check, debit card as well as HSA/FSA accounts.
While we do not bill insurance companies for our services, we can provide documentation (called a Superbill) for you to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. This means that your insurance company would send you a check to reimburse you after your visit for whatever their allowable amount is for the session.
It is a good idea to contact your insurance company prior to your Free initial consultation appointment so that you can find out if you have out of network coverage for behavioral health therapy sessions. I am an out of network provider. Every plan is different in terms of what they cover and how much they might reimburse you.
